engagement invites

So here are the invites I made for the engagement.

 

ingredients...
A4 water colour cardboard sheets (pads of 10)
Textured and patterned paper various styles for back of cardboard
Twine
Tags
Recycled envelopes

 

step one
Invite and 'no gift' card
Printed our invites and messgae, 4 per card, from the doc files I created

step two
stuck the patterned paper to the back and cut them into 4

step three
Rounded off the corners with a cutter

step four
Paired them up and tied the twine and tag around

easy peasy!

Check out the amazing stationary down at your local kikki.k store. Could have taken home the entire shop but instead I decided to treat myself with some cute stamps, I will most definitely use these for my save the dates or Hens day invites!!

So doing a little research on the kinds of photo's I would like to get out of the day... theme = fun and relaxed... no revolting wax statue posed photod... yuk! I'll feel uncomfortable therefore i will look like crap, so! here are some pics I found from Rock n Roll Bride... very cool... (will add some links to later on to the photographers..)
